Mr. Evans was born and raised in western North Carolina. He is a 2018 graduate of North Carolina State University, where he earned a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. Mr. Evans went on to attend Campbell University School of Law, where he earned his J.D. in 2021. While at North Carolina State, Mr. Evans was a member of N.C. Beta Chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. While at Campbell Law School, Mr. Evans was a member of the trial team for one year, where he competed in a national competition. Mr. Evans also volunteered with the Campbell Law Innocence Project, a partner of the North Carolina Innocence project.

In his younger years, Mr. Evans was a member of the Boy Scouts of America and achieved the rank of Eagle Scout. He enjoys the outdoors and playing golf on his free time. Mr. Evans joined Shawn Harrison Associates in September, 2022.
